OUR VISION FOR ALABAMA

The Alabama Technology Foundation was formed to help position the State of Alabama as a leader in the Information Technology field. The Alabama Technology Foundation (ATF) is an economic development and outreach organization that is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

The ATF participates directly and indirectly in programs geared toward developing a trained and skilled workforce – targeting business demand, growth opportunities and specialization in the field of information technology in Alabama. The foundation fosters close relationships between Alabama academia, industry and government communities in areas that relate to the development of skilled I.T. and engineering.

The Alabama Technology Foundation is building the largest database of graduating Engineers and IT Technology Specialists to meet Alabama’s growing need for highly skilled professionals. Our sponsors have access to this database for the purpose of providing internships, and career opportunities for our student members.
